Nominees

Athletes are eligible on the 10th anniversary of their graduation.

Teams are eligible on the 10th anniversary of their graduation.
​

Coaches are eligible on the 2nd anniversary of their last coaching year.
​

Nominations remain active for 10 years after first submission.
Submissions

Anyone can make a nomination.

Nominations must be submitted on a nomination form.
​

Concentrate on nominee’s Melrose High School achievements.
​

Post High School athletic achievements will also be considered.
​

Include any information you feel was not requested in the nomination form.
​

All nominations will be verified. To assist in the process, you must include research, such as newspaper clippings, letters of recommendation, references, etc... Anything that will be helpful in the verification process.

Inductees are named every 2 years.
​

To be considered for the next class, nominations must be received by August 31st of the previous year.
